Shipping policy

STASHÉ offers islandwide delivery across Jamaica via Knutsford Express, Zipmail, Tara Courier Services and Doorway Express, along with free local delivery within the Montego Bay town center.

Order Processing

We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 2–3 hours after payment confirmation during normal operating hours.

Orders are typically delivered the same day or the following day after dispatch, depending on the time payment is received, the selected delivery method and the destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside of STASHÉ’s control.

Knutsford Express

The Knutsford delivery fee is JMD $700 and is paid directly by the customer when collecting the package. This fee is not included in the order total at checkout.

Customers are responsible for collecting their order from the selected Knutsford location once it is available.

Knutsford delivery is available Monday–Sunday.

Full name, contact number and Knutsford pickup location must be provided when placing the order.

Zipmail

Two Zipmail delivery options are available:

Post Office Pickup — JMD $500

The package is sent to the customer’s local post office for collection.

Direct-to-Door Delivery — JMD $850

The package is delivered directly to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Both Zipmail delivery fees are included in the order total at checkout, based on the option selected.

Zipmail delivery is available Monday–Friday.

Full name, contact number and Zipmail location/ delivery address must be provided when placing the order.

Tara Courier Services

Customers may choose direct-to-door delivery through Tara Courier Services.

The delivery fee is not included in the order total at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying the applicable delivery charge upon delivery.

The cost may vary depending on the customer’s location.

Tara Courier Services is available Monday–Friday.

Full name, contact number and delivery address must be provided when placing the order.

Doorway Express

Customers may also choose direct-to-door delivery through Doorway Express.

The delivery fee is not included in the order total at checkout. The customer is responsible for paying the applicable delivery charge upon delivery.

The cost may vary depending on the customer’s location.

Doorway Express is available Monday–Friday.

Full name, contact number and delivery address must be provided when placing the order.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that your full name, contact number and delivery address are complete and correct before completing your order.

STASHÉ is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Once an order has been handed over to the selected delivery provider, delivery may be subject to the carrier’s operating schedules and procedures.

Free Delivery

STASHÉ currently offers free delivery within the Montego Bay town center only.

Any additional free-delivery promotions offered will be subject to the terms stated at the time of the promotion.

Shipping Fees

Delivery fees that are payable directly to STASHÉ will be clearly displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

The following delivery charges are currently included at checkout:

Zipmail Post Office Pickup — JMD $500

Zipmail Direct-to-Door Delivery — JMD $850

Montego Bay Town Center Delivery — FREE

The Knutsford Express delivery fee is not charged at checkout and is paid by the customer when collecting the package.

Delivery charges for Tara Courier Services and Doorway Express are also not charged at checkout. These fees are paid by the customer upon delivery and may vary depending on the delivery location.

Order Tracking

Where tracking information is available for the selected delivery service, the relevant tracking or delivery information will be provided via email or WhatsApp once the order has been dispatched.

Customers should use the tracking information provided to monitor the progress of their delivery where applicable.

For delivery methods that do not provide traditional online tracking, customers will receive the relevant information needed to collect or receive their package.

Once an order has been handed over to the selected delivery provider, tracking updates and final delivery times are managed by that provider.
