3. Orders

Placing an order through our website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

STASHÉ reserves the right to accept, decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, suspected fraud or incorrect customer information.

An order is considered confirmed once the applicable payment has been successfully received and the order has been accepted for processing.

Please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has already been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on the STASHÉ website are shown in Jamaican dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, bundle offers and discounts may change without notice.

The price applicable to your order will be the price shown at the time the order is completed, subject to the correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and payment information.

Payment must be completed using one of the payment methods made available during checkout.

Where a bundle contains products with selectable options such as scent, flavour, colour or another variation, availability of those options is subject to current inventory.

6. Product Availability and Inventory

Products are subject to availability.

Adding an item to your cart does not reserve that product. Inventory is only confirmed when the order is successfully completed and accepted.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will contact you to discuss the available options, which may include a replacement, adjustment or refund where appropriate.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping and delivery are governed by our separate Shipping Policy.

Customers are responsible for providing their correct full name, contact number and delivery address when placing an order, regardless of the delivery method selected.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, destination, high-volume periods or other circumstances outside of STASHÉ’s reasonable control.

Once an order has been transferred to the applicable courier or delivery provider, further transportation and delivery may be subject to that provider’s operating procedures.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable law concerning lost, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms or our Return & Refund Policy is intended to remove or limit any rights a customer may have under applicable Jamaican law.

Shopify provides the e-commerce infrastructure that allows STASHÉ to operate its online store, but purchases made from STASHÉ are transactions between the customer and STASHÉ.

Shopify is not the seller of the products offered by STASHÉ.
